How to use JDA

What is JDA? JDA collects auction data from almost all car auctions in Japan every day. All this data published online online with photos and inspection reports before the actual auction starts. Customers can bid directly in Japanese car auctions via our website JDA system the day before the auction.

When is JDA? JDA is open from MONDAY until SATURDAY every week. Auction car data is available for bidding the day before the auction. When the actual auction starts in Japan, no more bids are accepted. During the auction, Nikkyo will bid on all cars up to each customers budget (bid). Results will be emailed to every customer at the end of the auction day.

	Lane A, Lane B & Tender Auctions Select which auction you wish to view. Lane A, Lane B and Tender auctions are available every day.
	Select a maker and car name Search through over 650 car types. All Japanese makers and non Japanese makers are available.
	Add cars to My Car List My Car List feature is available for customers to select cars of interest in order to ease navigating through over 20,000 cars each day.
	View photos High quality digital photos are availble for EVERY car in our JDA system.
	View inspection reports Original auction inspection reports are available. English translation for some reports and help desk for questions are also available.
	Check market price data Research market prices from past auction data to maximize the strength of your bid.
	Place your bid Place your bid on the car and select your JDA option fee (Option 1 or Option 2). For more information on JDA options and fees please see the next section.

After you have placed your bid
No more bids (new bids, bid changes or bid cancellations) are allowed after 9:00AM on the day of the auction. Nikkyo's auction team will bid on each auction car up to your bid price. All customers will be notified of their bid results at around 8:00PM the day of the auction (once the auction finishes).

If a bid is successful, Nikkyo will purchase the car on your behalf and the car will be transferred into your account. Your final price will depend on the JDA option fee you selected. For more information on JDA options and fees, please see the next section.
